Default How to Install the Netbeui Protocol

Go to your Control Panel and select Network Connections.

Right-click the adapter you want to add NetBEUI to and select Properties.

On the General tab, click Install.

Click Protocol, and then click Add.

Click Have Disk and insert your Windows XP CD-ROM.

Open the Valueadd\msft\net\netbeui folder and select the Netnbf.inf file and Open it.

Click OK and select OK to complete the installation.

This one is pretty simple, probably the simplest.

Will April make a full year? Or was this forum just officially launched?

That's likely when we stated development. It's really just been getting going, member wise for a couple of months.

Netbeui is the missing file for cross over connections right?

As someone who works with networks daily I cant figure why in this day you would want NetBeui installed. The last I saw this was on an old windows 95 system about 8 or 9 years ago. TCP/IP has been the standard to follow since.
