My daughter made a password on the administrator account and the only other
account on the computer is the guest account. She doesnt remember the
password and there is no way for us to get in that account. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That site will get you your original password, not change it. You must have access to your computer through another account though, or it won't work.
