Folder Options Missing

I can't see Folder Options element of Tools menu. Also it disappeared in the
Control Board. I thought it was because of virus attack. How can I repair this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Click on Start Menu button and Click on Run, then type - gpedit.msc then hit Enter. In the Group Policy window, expand Administrative Templates under User Configuration expand Windows Components and then click on Windows Explorer and on the right side, double click on "Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu" and select the "Not Configured" or "Disabled" radio button.
Now click OK button to apply the changes and close the dialog box and close the window.
