email addresses

I am assuming that Windows mail will automatically check all the email addresses I use, however, it only seems to bring up my default email address mail & none of the mail for the 2 other addresses that I have entered.

I get the following notice for each of the additional email addresses when I log in to Mail.

"Account: 'pophm.sympatico.ca (1)', Server: 'pophm.sympatico.ca', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server: Cannot connect to the mail server!', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90"

Can anyone advise how this can be corrected.
