Scheduling in Access

Is there a control in Access, or can I use the control from Outlook, to schedule a recurring appointment. I establish a data base which will be employed to detect reports/ratios. When they are programmed, the race, and should function afterwards. We have several who occur a date indicated. It is not an exit. My dilemma is with the reports/ratios which occur a day given, second Tuesday, one month. I need a manner of finding the next occurrence of this report/ratio when it complete is marked for the current race.
