Moving controls with arrow keys

In design view, Access controls now move about 0.5 mm with one arrow click. This is far too much and much more than it used to be.

You can use Ctrl+arrow to move a control one pixel at a time. The setting for the standard movement is controlled by either these two :-
Format | Snap to Grid (on or off)
The X Grid and Y Grid properties of the form.
