Royale Noir Desktop Theme

Royale Noir is a desktop theme for Windows XP developed by Microsoft, but its development was abandoned.
It was used only by people inside Microsoft until November 2006, when it leaked onto the internet.
Although the theme has been available, only the raw files have been distributed, so anyone without knowledge of computers would not be able to install it. This has changed.
The Wasted Times has made a custom installer for the theme, making it available to anyone.

I see why they abandoned it - yikes!
The old NT classic is even better looking than that one.
I actually like the default XP theme.
Now the new default Vista theme is cool too - have to give some credit there.

I like the colour and I like the simplicity.
