Macro Problem in Excel

We are having problems with a Macros in Excel. Specifically, we have individuals who download data from an Oracle DB to an Excel spreadsheet.

After the data is downloaded, a series of four macros are executed to format another spreadsheet and populate it with the raw data from the spreadsheet with the download.

Here is the problem: on some machines the process runs perfectly and on others we have just a blank sheet with no data. The macros don't execute correctly on the latter machines.

This spreadsheet file is shared so the computers that can run the process and those that cannot are all looking at the same file on a shared file server.

What can cause these Excel Macro Problems:

We have looked at the following and found nothing.
1) Macro Security Level (Even on low it would not work for these individuals)
2) In VBA we tried to see if they had the appropriate Libraries installed
(They did, so we ruled that out).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
