Smile

Hi,
You can add notes within powerpoint and print the slides with the notes. If you view one slide at a time you can add notes at the bottom margin of the screen, and then you can print the slides with these notes by selecting PRINT and changing from SLIDES to NOTES PAGES.
Hope this was helpful.

Default Inserting symbols

Hi,
I am aware of inserting symbols by clicking insert and then symbol and then find the symbol I want to insert in my slide. What I'm looking for is a way to do it more quickly because I need to use the same two symbols over and over. The Help suggestion is to find out the symbol's character code then hit Alt-0 and the code, but I have no idea where these codes are. I'd really like to create keyboard shortcuts for these two symbols, but I'm not sure how to do that either. Any suggestions.

Hi,
If you start the Character Map accessory, the Alt+... combination for each character you click on is displayed in the status bar. Of course, you can also enter the symbol once, then copy it to the clipboard and paste it as many times as you need in other locations.
