Problem with 'Print Layout' view

The Print Layout view is not displaying correctly and is not showing the space for the top and bottom margins - i.e. text starts immediately at the "top of the page" and finishes at the "bottom of the page", despite having top and bottom margins set correctly. See the attachment for an example. If you do a print preview / or even a print, the margin areas show correctly - so it only seems to affect the display. Other view modes seem to work correctly.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can fix this?

Select Tools | Options and check the "White space between pages" check box in the View tab. Alternatively, move the mouse pointer over a page separator and click.
