Printscreen doesn't display

I pasted a printscreen in a Word document but the image didn't display. Some sort of box outline did display. If I open the saved document in Office 97 the image displays fine. Opening the file on another Office (Word) 2003 there is no image. Any suggestions?

Check the following:

1) Select Tools | Options..., activate the View tab (if necessary) and make sure that the Picture Placeholders check box is clear (off).

2) Click on the picture outline, then select Format | Paragraph. Make sure that line spacing is set to Single, not to Exactly.
