How do the new Doc opens with data?

Hi,
I dont know how the heck new doc opens with the same info typed in it and each of new outlook emails opens with the same info in it. Off course it can be deleted, but when you go to save you have to save as vs just save. Any suggestions?

I don't think I really understand what you are asking??

Sounds like some one has overwrote the normal.dot. If Word is the email editor, it will show up in Outlook as well. To change it back - find the existing one on machine, clear out the text and resave as normal.dot. That should fix it.
