Hey guys..new to the forum...hoping you can help.
I work for a company that has a network set up with 11 computers and 10 users. Each user can log into any computer using their own username and password. The accounts are set up with roaming profiles so that the users "My Documents" folder follows them. We also have email through our website, Phoenix Stone Company. I am trying to set up Outlook so that when a user logs into the network using their own username outlook will follow them. The problem that I am having is this: I log into a computer as Sally and set up her outlook to connect to her respective email. I log out of Sally and log in as Bill on that computer. I open Outlook and it still connects to Sally. Another problem I am having is getting Sally's outlook to follow her when she logs into a different computer. Right now it looks like I have to set up Sally on each computer. There has to be a way to have outlook follow Sally. Another thing that I need to be able to do is set permissions. I need to have Sally to be able to add events to Bills calander while not allowing Bill to add events to Sally's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks EzTweaks |
