Sending a Word document opens up Outlook Express

When I try to send a Word Document, from File/Send to Mail recipient as attachment - It tries to send though OE rather than MS Outlook. I know it's just a case of setting Outlook as the default Mail handler somewhere in MS Word.
Any suggestions!

To change the settings go to Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Internet Options and click on the Programs tab
