Default Excel Formulas not updating until I save

I have a mega spreadsheet that we've used since Excel. About 10 people update information and they are all running Excel 2003. Very recently we started having an issue where all of the formulas (even simple sums) will not update when cells are changed... UNLESS/UNTIL you save the document. When you click save, all the updates are made at once. Any suggestions.

See whether the file is set for manual recalculation - you can press F9 to
recalculate at any time. To set it for automatic recalculation, select
Tools | Options | Calculation Tab.
Cheers!

Default Breaking Links in Excel

Can some one in this forum tell me a way to break links in Excel while retaining the formula within that cell? In other words, if I have a Workbook called 'Book Two', and in one of those cells I have the following:

"='\\folder\[Book One.xls]Sheet1'$C$15+$D$10"

is there a quick way to change it so it simply references my current workbook, like so:

"=$C$15+$D$10"

I need this to be done for lots of cells, and I'd love to figure out a way to shorten the process so I don't have to go in and manually edit the formula for each cell.

Go to Edit / Links / Change Source / Navigate to current workbook and hit OK. This effectively removes all the links but leaves the formulas in place.

That is brilliant, thank you.
