BCC option missing in Outlook

I have both "From:" and "BCC:" option missing in my OutLook, therefore I'm not able to use this feature. Any suggestions?

It can happen when you have word as the email editor set on the PC. If you do a new email with this set then go to the view menu when word is the email editor there is no option for BCC this might be why?? If you then don't use word as the email editor do a new email, go to view menu and you will then have the BCC listed.

Is Word your email editor? You need to specify that in Outlook.
