Default Automatic background color change

Microsoft Office Excel Pro 2003:
Is it possible to insert a rule, program, or other direction within a cell that would cause the cell background color to change to red if the calculated number becomes negative?

I have MS Office 2007 but not yet installed. If it's possible to do it here, please relate.

Thanks,

TD
