We are doing pretty well in the search engines.

I just checked to see where we rank for "microsoft forum" and "microsoft forums" and here are the results:

Microsoft Forum

Google - 62
MSN Search - 15
Yahoo! - Not Found
AltaVista - 48

Microsoft Forums

Google - 17
MSN Search - 15
Yahoo! - Not Found
AltaVista - 24

Cool Actual reporting results here.
We actually have an application that tracks this for us. I don't recall the name of it - cristian handles that part. I get regular email reports such as this one from April 10 of this month:
