Yes, its certainly a balancing act. On the one hand, you want members to be able to speak freely and quickly but to achieve that, human moderation is kept to a minimum. We have to trust our members to a certain degree to be civil and courteous.

However, I think we could have been able to filter out some of Troy2287's remarks. Jerlene, can you see if we can tighten up the spam settings on the forum to better filter such remarks?
