Hi,
Open the workbook in Excel and then select only the range you want to see in the Word document (should fit on one page). Copy it to the clipboard and switch to the Word document, position the insertion point where you want the table, select Edit | Paste Special... and then click the option Paste Link. There you can choose between several different formats:
- To preserve the Excel formatting, select Microsoft Excel worksheet object.
- To insert as a Word table, select Formatted text (RTF)
when finished click OK.
