Powerpoint 2003...
...will not allow a user here at work to insert videos. When he tries, it just locks up ppt and you need to end the process for it. I have administrative rights and tried under my profile and it didnt work. I also tried a different network drive, and on the local drive and none of them work. I also tried the presentation he was currently in and a new presentation, no dice. So I went to the network drive and was able to insert the video into a powerpoint on my own. I sent him the power point with the video in it, and he was able to open it without a problem and watch the video.
any idea why he wouldnt be able to insert the file, but can watch it etc and other ppl can insert it and that?
